Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel an order and how to do it. It works together with our Refund Policy, which covers how money is returned to you.

How to Cancel

Contact us as soon as possible by phone at 707-710-8866 or through our secure contact form. Include the name and email address you used on the consultation form so we can find your order.

Cancellation is time-sensitive. What we can do depends on how far your order has progressed, so contact us as early as you can.

Before Physician Review

If you cancel before a physician has reviewed your request, your order is cancelled and you receive a full refund.

After Approval, Before Shipment

If your request has been approved but your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, provided we can stop the shipment before it leaves. Orders typically ship the business morning after approval, so this window is short.

After Your Order Has Shipped

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the medication cannot be returned for a refund.

This is not a preference of ours. Prescription medication that has left a licensed pharmacy's control cannot lawfully be returned to stock or dispensed to anyone else, so it cannot be accepted back. Please do not send medication back to us.

If your order has shipped and something has gone wrong — it has not arrived, or it arrived damaged — that is covered by our Shipping Policy, not this one. Contact us.

If the Physician Declines Your Request

You do not need to cancel. If a physician does not approve your request, the order is closed automatically and you receive a full refund with no action required from you.

If We Cancel an Order

We may cancel an order if the information provided cannot be verified, if the physician declines the request, if we cannot ship to the address given, or if we reasonably believe the order breaches our Terms of Service. In every case where the order has not shipped, you receive a full refund.
