Shipping Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains how and when your order ships, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.

Where We Ship

We ship to addresses everywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally.

We cannot ship to an address you do not have access to. Please double-check your address before submitting — see Address Accuracy below.

When Your Order Ships

Orders do not ship immediately on payment. The sequence is:

  1. You complete the consultation form and pay.
  2. A licensed US physician reviews your request.
  3. If your request is approved, your order typically ships the next business morning.
  4. If your request is not approved, nothing ships and you receive a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

Physician review usually completes within one business day, but may take longer if the physician needs more information from you or asks to speak with you first.

Shipping Options and Cost

Shipping options are presented to you during checkout, with the delivery estimate and any additional cost shown before you pay.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guarantees. They count business days from the day the package ships, not from the day you pay.

Discreet Packaging

Every order ships in a plain, unbranded envelope. The exterior carries no reference to OPTIO Women's Health, to medication, or to the nature of the contents. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies what is inside.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided once your order ships, using the contact details you gave on the consultation form. If you have not received tracking information and believe your order should have shipped, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

We ship to the address you provide. Please make sure it is complete and correct, including any apartment, unit, or suite number.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Where the package was returned because of an address error, you cover the cost of shipping it again; we will tell you what that is before we send it.

Delays, Lost, and Damaged Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, transit is outside our control. Weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays can all cause delays.

If your package is significantly delayed, shows no tracking movement, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

Where a package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we reship at no charge to you. Your physician decides which shipping service the replacement goes out with, based on your medical situation and the delivery circumstances — it may be the same service, a faster one, or a slower one. You are not charged the difference either way.
