Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains when we issue refunds and how they are processed. It works together with our Cancellation Policy.

When You Receive a Full Refund

What Is Not Refundable

Once your order has shipped, the medication is not returnable and the order is not refundable. Prescription medication that has left a licensed pharmacy's control cannot lawfully be returned to stock or dispensed to anyone else.

A change of mind after shipment, or choosing not to take medication that was delivered to you, is not grounds for a refund.

This does not affect your rights where an order was not delivered, arrived damaged, or was charged in error — contact us in any of those cases.

Shipping Charges

Where a full refund is due, any additional shipping charge you paid at checkout is refunded with it.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or by another method.

We process refunds promptly once the refund is due. After we process it, the time for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Your original charge and the refund both appear on your statement as OPTIO WOMEN'S HEALTH.

How to Request a Refund

Call 707-710-8866 or use our secure contact form. Include the name and email address you used on the consultation form. You do not need to request a refund if your request was declined — that refund is automatic.

Questions About a Charge

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Charges from us appear as OPTIO WOMEN'S HEALTH. We can usually identify and resolve the charge the same business day, which is faster than a dispute.
